The enquiry form
When you submit, the website sends your name, email, business, optional link, package interest and message to Hluma through Gmail. The website does not add the enquiry to a lead database or save it in local browser storage. Gmail and the hosting provider process the request to provide and protect their services.
How we use your enquiry
We use the information you choose to include to respond and discuss a potential project. Your email is used as the reply address. Please do not send passwords, payment details or sensitive customer records.
Preferences and measurement
Only your optional motion preference is stored in your browser. This website has no analytics scripts, advertising pixels or embedded third-party video. A hosting provider may process technical requests to deliver and protect a deployed website.
Your choices and requests
Submitting an enquiry does not enrol you in marketing and no automatic reply is sent to you. External links follow the destination’s privacy practices. For questions about access, correction or deletion, contact hello@hluma.org. Legal or contractual duties may require some information to be retained.
